The things you don't wanna hear.
But honestly have to.
What’s up friend!
Today, I wanted to do a bit different email than normal.
No YouTube hacks.
No growth tips.
No shortcuts.
I want to talk to you, creator to creator.
Every single day, I get emails, DMs, and texts like this:

Here’s the problem: Everyone wants results yesterday.
But here’s the truth no one told me when I started: You NEED those years of trying, failing, and learning.
When I launched my first video production agency at 19, I was sleeping on a couch in my office 3-4 nights a week. The cleaners woke me up 20 minutes before the interns arrived.
I had anxiety attacks. I felt like a fraud. But I kept going.
Why? Because great things take time.
Here’s what I want you to remember:
You NEED to fail: Every failure teaches you what doesn’t work.
You NEED to try: Experience is built in the grind, not in the wins.
You NEED patience: Success is a marathon, not a sprint.
Today, I still fail. I still have videos that flop. But I’ve learned to trust the process. And that’s why my clients’ channels never fail, even when one video underperforms.
Because creating a viral video isn’t hard, any junior strategist can help you create a viral video.
But can they help you build an empire? No. They don’t have that experience.
Are you even patient enough to get to that point?
Success is built in the shadows.
When you show up every day with no views, no subscribers, and no applause, that’s where your first viral video is made.
While others make excuses, you sacrifice.
While they indulge, you create.
They should be afraid to compete with you because you’re relentless.
Nowadays, I decline coaching applications from people who haven’t stuck with their channel for at least 12 months. Why? Because building something great requires resilience, not shortcuts. And if they do not yet understand that, I can’t effectively help them.
Creating a viral video isn’t art.
Sustaining success over the years is.
Ask yourself:
Have I truly tried?
Am I willing to outwork my competition?
Do I embrace the grind, not just for weeks, but for years?
You got this.
